Series 3 Special Simmer Burners
Series 3 Simmer (or Dual Stacked) burners have an exceptional ratio between minimum and maximum power: 0.3 – 3.3kw (1,000 - 18,000 BTU).
Initially developed for the American market, they are suitable for all those types of cooking that require, on the same burner, very low temperatures – for example to melt chocolate – and normal temperatures for standard cooking.
